What are the health & safety standards?
If your sprout has a fever of 100 degrees or higher, please keep them home. Kids Garden Club reserves the right to send home sprouts to get well.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
There are no refunds. There is a minimum 24-hour cancellation policy and a credit is placed on your Kids Garden Club account to be used for anything in the facility. Credits do not expire.
What is the environment like?
Warm, inviting, and clean. We want your sprouts to feel like this is a second home.
Do I have to attend with my sprout?
Classes are caregiver accompanied. Camps and Room2Bloom preschool are drop-off.
What if my sprout has special needs?
If your sprout has special needs, we can make accommodations for them. If you would like more information on what we offer,

Can I schedule a tour?
Yes! Please call 214-434-1126 to schedule a tour. Tours can be scheduled Monday-Friday 10:00 am – 12:30 pm.
How do register?
You can call 214-434-1126 or via the website kgcdallas.com. Please be sure to pay applicable registration fees.
How long is the commitment? And how do l cancel?
Once enrolled, you commit to 2 consecutive months. If you would like to cancel, you can do so beginning your third month via phone, email, or in-person. It must be prior to the first of the month.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
Yes, Kids Garden Club offers a 10% off siblings for camp & 25% off siblings for classes. This is not applicable to registration fees.
Do you offer make-up classes?
Yes, make-up classes are offered and encouraged. You can make up your class in a class of the same discipline or any other class offered that is age-appropriate. In order to enroll in a make-up class, please call or email with a minimum of 24 hours notice to reserve your spot. Your account must be currently active. There are no makeup classes for Camp or the Room2Bloom Preschool Program.
